This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Directors on pre-sales initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers, expanding product offerings, and broadening engagement across various business lines.

• Oversee the onboarding process for key customers, which includes planning, implementation, integrations, and training sessions.

• Recognize opportunities for increasing the utilization of underused features, unexplored products, and new business lines.

• Act as a point of escalation for intricate technical issues raised by fellow Customer Engineers.

• Create playbooks, document consistent solutions, mentor colleagues, and enhance the efficiency of Customer Engineering operations across the team.

• Evaluate account health, identify risks, assess stakeholder relationships, and prioritize critical issues within your portfolio.

• Propel measurable enhancements in customer health, retention, growth, and technical resolution across strategic accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture.

• Extensive hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the capability to design and troubleshoot intricate front-end implementations.

• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts with executive-level stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and addressing complex technical or business requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous problems that involve multiple variables, constraints, and trade-offs.

• Experience linking technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, growth, ROI, and value realization.

• Practical experience using AI tools for account research, content generation, or workflow automation, with a demonstrated integration into daily operations rather than occasional experimentation.

• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior technical team members.
