Senior Customer Eligibility Verification Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support to delivery and operations teams through reporting, operational analysis, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Medicaid eligibility verification and workflows related to SNAP public assistance.

• Evaluate operational data and performance trends to uncover opportunities for enhancing efficiency and service quality.

• Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes, and propose corrective measures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate workflow improvements, automation projects, and overall operational efficiency.

• Aid in overseeing compliance with Medicaid and SNAP program regulations and operational standards.

• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and business documentation.

• Engage in operational reviews and client discussions as necessary to meet delivery goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, CEV, Medicaid, SNAP, public assistance programs, business operations, or similar operational support settings.

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting Medicaid eligibility, verification, enrollment, operations, or associated operational processes.

• Preferred working knowledge of SNAP operations, eligibility processes, or public assistance programs.

• Proven experience in analyzing operational data, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Preferred experience in cross-functional operational environments.
