
Senior Curriculum Engineer – Field & Technical Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a field architect curriculum that equips Field Architects (FAs) and Customer Engineers (CEs) with the necessary technical expertise and competitive positioning knowledge to secure enterprise deals.
• Conduct live and recorded training sessions for field architects, and occasionally for non-technical sales teams.
• Develop a partner sales curriculum by converting sales and marketing information into organized, teachable modules tailored for partner and reseller audiences.
• Establish core curriculum aimed at customer administrators and operators, encompassing installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Develop use-case "wrappers" that adapt core curriculum content for specific deployment scenarios and general use cases, incorporating relevant vertical specifics when applicable.
• Participate in special projects that demand hands-on technical expertise across a diverse range of technologies including Linux, Ansible, Python, Kubernetes, and other essential technologies.
• Design practical, use-case-driven hands-on labs that illustrate best practices for deploying and managing MinIO products.
• Leverage previous experience with competing storage platforms to create distinctive, insightful training content.
• Assemble labs and content into concise, outcome-focused training modules that include videos.
• Produce captivating videos of training modules for MinIO Academy, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• A minimum of 5 years in a field architect, solutions architect, technical sales engineer, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• At least 3 years of experience with software-defined storage; hands-on experience with competing platforms (e.g., Vast, Cloudian, Weka) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years working with Amazon AWS, demonstrating a strong understanding of S3 and the S3 API.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Kubernetes environment.
• Proficient in Linux; familiar with Ansible, Python, and related tools.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience building and maintaining workflows in git.
• Proven comfort in engaging with field architects and sales teams — you genuinely enjoy this interaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills — both in writing, on camera, and in live situations.
• Previous experience in curriculum development or formal training delivery is advantageous but not mandatory.
