Senior Crypto Treasury Analyst – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Oversee cryptocurrency markets and platforms to determine the most favorable cashout timing, rates, and networks.

• Provide insights to the Finance & Operations team regarding optimal execution methods and deliver well-structured recommendations with justifications.

• Investigate new platforms and networks for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and the adoption of stablecoins.

• Monitor macro crypto trends (regulatory updates, forks, stablecoin introductions) that influence liquidity and customer satisfaction.

• Keep detailed records and audit trails for all suggestions, platforms evaluated, and final resolutions.

• Identify potential risks (such as fraud, volatility, congestion, and compliance challenges) prior to execution.

• Assist in process enhancements and seek opportunities to transition from manual workflows to semi-automated systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in crypto operations, treasury management, trading support, or fintech payments.

• Comprehensive understanding of blockchain networks, stablecoins, gas fees, and trading mechanics.

• Practical experience with blockchain explorers, wallets, and rate-monitoring applications.

• Analytical mindset with a keen awareness of market fluctuations.

• High level of integrity and discretion when managing sensitive financial information.

• Proactive attitude with the capability to present structured solutions to management.
