Prediction Markets Manager, Culture – Crypto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive strategy, implementation, and performance of non-sports prediction markets across various categories such as crypto, politics, stocks, commodities, macroeconomics, artificial intelligence, culture, and breaking news.

• Propel business outcomes by overseeing essential performance metrics including engagement, retention, market quality, volume, and revenue.

• Recognize emerging narratives, trends, and real-world events that resonate with customers and convert them into captivating prediction market opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Marketing Team, Analytics Team, Customer Experience Team, Legal Team, Compliance Team, Public Relations Team, and external prediction market partners to achieve business objectives.

• Create and refine operational processes that facilitate the swift launch, monitoring, and management of prediction markets at scale.

• Utilize data, market insights, and sound judgment to make quick, high-quality decisions in a real-time setting.

• Assess market performance, customer behavior, and industry trends to continuously enhance market offerings and customer engagement.

• Act as a subject matter expert on prediction markets and emerging topics, aiding in the formulation of strategic priorities across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, business management, consulting, finance, trading, media, or a rapidly growing technology environment.

• Proven track record of owning business outcomes, operational performance metrics, or Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, cryptocurrency, politics, macroeconomics, technology trends, consumer behavior, or related areas.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data for informed decision-making and achieving results.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning teams towards common objectives.

• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a proven capacity to identify opportunities and act with urgency.

• A curiosity-driven approach, commercial acumen, and a strong instinct for grasping the trends, stories, and events that engage customers.
