This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the business from strategy and product direction to go-to-market execution, team management, and performance outcomes.

• Transform existing traction into sustainable, scalable growth across new markets and clientele.

• Develop and lead a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and decision-making authority.

• Fully utilize the Sigma Software Group’s ecosystem, including technical teams, product/design, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partners, and client networks.

• Be accountable for critical business results and overall performance.

• Act as the company's representative through compelling storytelling, a strong public relations presence, and effective relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors.
