Sales Manager – Crypto Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Proactive search and acquisition of new B2B clients (merchants) in high-risk segments (adtech, gaming, adult, gambling, luxury, IT services).

• Conducting comprehensive negotiations with C-level executives and financial directors of potential partners.

• Presenting solutions for off-ramp crypto processing and articulating the benefits of collaboration.

• Finalizing contracts and transferring signed clients to the accounting department for ongoing support (hunter model).

• Expanding into international markets with a focus on major hubs (Cyprus, Dubai, Lisbon, Barcelona, USA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Work Experience: Proven B2B sales experience of 3+ years in the fields of crypto processing, payment systems, or fintech.

• Negotiation Skills: Fluent in English at the **C1 level (mandatory)** for negotiations with foreign stakeholders.

• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the specifics of high-risk verticals (adtech, gaming, adult, gambling).

• Independence: Willingness to work fully autonomously, without extensive onboarding or close supervision.

• Personal Qualities: Aggressive "hunter" focused solely on cold sales and attracting new client bases.

• Languages: Russian — C1/Native (mandatory), English — C1 (mandatory).

• Bonus: Having an active client base among potential merchants is a plus.

• - Fixed part: ~$2,000/month (level varies depending on the candidate's location).
