This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap for a variety of client accounts.
• Detect conversion bottlenecks and optimization possibilities through both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Formulate testing hypotheses based on paid media performance, traffic intent, user behavior, and funnel analysis.
• Organize, initiate, oversee, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and sales funnels.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to ensure that landing page strategies are in sync with ad messaging, audience intent, and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with both Paid Media and Development teams to implement experiments effectively and accurately.
• Evaluate test performance and convert insights into actionable recommendations and future testing prospects.
• Oversee testing prioritization across accounts based on impact, opportunity size, and business objectives.
• Keep organized records of experimentation documentation, reporting, and testing insights.
• Contribute to the development of CRO processes, frameworks, and operational enhancements as the department expands.
• Spot opportunities to enhance CRO workflows, experimentation methods, and operational efficiency through AI and automation.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite research, hypothesis development, analysis, documentation, and experimentation workflows.
• Over 4 years of experience in CRO or landing page optimization.
• Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing A/B and multivariate testing programs.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages for Paid Social and Paid Search traffic.
• Strong grasp of conversion psychology, user behavior, and direct response marketing principles.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Unbounce, VWO, Convert, GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools.
• Comfortable using no-code landing page builders and collaborating on technical implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for transforming data into strategic actions.
• Experience with AI tools and automation workflows aimed at enhancing experimentation, research, or operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and experimentation roadmaps concurrently.
