Senior Clinical Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training pertinent to your position and ensure that training records are consistently updated;

• Support the administrative functions of clinical trials, aiding the study team (CRAs/monitors and clinical project managers);

• Assist in gathering and organizing documents from investigative sites throughout the clinical trial process;

• Create and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) for the study;

• Compile the Investigator Site File (ISF);

• Execute clinical trial tasks in compliance with relevant regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and protocol specifications;

• Aid in the organization, planning, and documentation of meeting activities;

• Extend support to clinical research associates/monitors, clinical project managers, monitor managers, and the head of operations;

• Help identify potential investigative sites;

• Conduct co-monitoring as part of training, providing support to CRAs during site monitoring visits;

• Assist the clinical research monitor in the absence of the clinical project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline;

• Proficient in intermediate English;

• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Initiation Visits, Routine Monitoring, Close-outs, and site qualification;

• Prior experience as a clinical research analyst or clinical project analyst within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization.
