• Conducting structured engagements with RevenueCat customers and potential clients, including auditing their lifecycle setups, designing engagement frameworks, and providing guidance on messaging strategies.
• Assisting clients in connecting RevenueCat subscription events to their CRM systems to enhance segmentation, timing, and personalization.
• Offering ongoing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams regarding the evolution of our integrations, event triggers, and data payloads.
• Transforming successful strategies into scalable assets for Customer Success Managers, Sales, and clients.
• Collaborating with Advocacy and Content teams to convert genuine engagement insights into diverse public content.
• 5-8+ years of practical experience in mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM, with a considerable focus on subscription applications.
• Extensive knowledge of leading mobile CRM and engagement platforms, including Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, Customer.io, or Airship.
• Demonstrated ability to design and assess lifecycle experiments.
• Solid understanding of the mobile engagement landscape.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment across different time zones.
