Senior CRM Manager – Focus Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement retention strategies as a crucial component for sustainable growth.

• Assume complete responsibility for the reactivation and repurchase strategy.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of user flows and campaign distributions.

• Create high-quality, brand-aligned copy and visual materials.

• Foster a strong A/B testing culture.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to integrate digital learning features into CRM interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent CRM experience within a B2C setting, preferably involving an app-based product.

• Proficiency in constructing intricate automation triggers and lifecycle configurations.

• A robust analytical skill set with the capability to establish and oversee monitoring systems for KPIs, cohort analysis, and segmentation.

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.

• Advanced skills in utilizing AI tools to create custom workflows.

• Experience in working within small, agile teams.
