This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of, develop, and execute comprehensive lifecycle strategies for one or two verticals.
• Provide campaign recommendations across lifecycle channels to enhance lifetime value, upsell current customers, and cross-sell products and services.
• Validate and prioritize campaign ideas prior to investment.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop one CRM Executive.
• Exemplify best-in-class lifecycle marketing and raise the standards of the broader CRM team.
• Communicate plans, progress, and results to business stakeholders effectively.
• Establish creative direction for acquisition and retention communications.
• Create innovation and testing roadmaps, transforming ideas into experiments.
• Shape and brief campaign concepts alongside internal teams.
• Guide campaign visuals while maintaining creative and brand standards with the Design team.
• Identify trends, emerging channels, and competitor movements for testing purposes.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, personalization, and campaign production, while continuously adapting and iterating.
• Develop project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered by agreed deadlines.
• Construct customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates using Braze.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on data schema requirements.
• Meet vertical-specific revenue and performance targets.
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs and benchmark expectations.
• Generate campaign reports using the customer engagement platform and Tableau.
• Regularly share insights and performance trends from campaigns.
• Over 5 years of lifecycle/CRM experience, preferably acquired in a D2C or comparison business.
• A strong creative background with a history of designing successful campaigns.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Experience in cross-department collaboration and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, or uplifting junior team members.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A history of delivering projects within committed timelines.
