Manager, Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reports to the Director of Customer Success and Implementations.

• Guides, mentors, and develops a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure outstanding customer experiences and positive business outcomes.

• Cultivates a high-performance environment grounded in accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and a customer-centric mindset.

• Promotes customer adoption, value realization, retention, and growth through effective customer success strategies and execution.

• Creates and continually refines scalable and repeatable Customer Success processes, playbooks, and best practices.

• Acts as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or customer-facing SaaS roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading, coaching, or managing customer-facing teams.

• Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

• Experience in developing or enhancing customer-facing processes and operational frameworks.

• Familiarity with scaled Customer Success, digital customer engagement programs, customer segmentation, or tech-touch success models is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Experience with customer success platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

• Background in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields is a plus.
