This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will have ownership of the lifecycle CRM for 7 strong pet food brands: You will oversee our automations and campaigns from concept to go-live, using modern tools, ample creative freedom, and making a direct impact.
• You will work independently, make decisions, and quickly improve based on results.
• You will build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns for all 7 brands simultaneously (including Wolfsblut, Herrmann's Manufaktur, pets Premium) - from the welcome flow to reactivation.
• You will be responsible for email as the core channel.
• We will expand additional channels such as print mailings, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS in the future - here you will contribute cross-channel thinking.
• You will independently launch measures and iterate based on results.
• Speed over perfection: You will test, measure, and refine quickly.
• You will turn data into concrete actions: RFM, segments, product and engagement data, animal profiles, predictions (rebuy, CLV, churn) will translate into personalized and relevant communication.
• Storytelling is your strength: Modern tools and automation will support you in production and scaling - you will bring the catchy hookline, initial design briefing, and emotional engagement to the blank page.
• You will effortlessly utilize AI and automation tools to move faster from idea to live test, gaining more time for concepts and creativity.
• You will communicate results clearly and succinctly - both internally and with our brand stakeholders, working as an equal sparring partner.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing with measurable results, ideally in e-commerce/D2C.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Klaviyo (or comparable marketing automation platforms).
• You think in customer journeys and understand retention mechanics (rebuy, CLV, churn).
• Working with AI is a given for you: You actively use LLMs, n8n, Cursor, and similar tools in your daily work.
• You build independently: Flows, segments, and templates are created by you.
• You launch them independently, learn from results, and iterate quickly.
• You are proficient in segmentation, triggers, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• You handle consent and data protection (GDPR) responsibly and correctly.
• You are data-driven and can translate our Looker dashboards into concrete actions.
• You have a creative instinct: You can create a briefing from scratch and distill a campaign with a strong hookline.
• You possess category empathy for copy and creative: You can empathize with pet owners, which is reflected in your communication.
• Responsible, exciting, and varied tasks with a lot of creative freedom in a dynamic company.
• A friendly, open team consisting of approximately 280 employees in Munich, Leipzig, and Albourne (UK), along with several beloved office dogs at our locations.
• Flexible working hours based on trust-based working time, home office options including cost contributions for your home office equipment, and the opportunity to work abroad for several months.
• 28 days of vacation entitlement, as well as the option to take up to 20 days of unpaid leave and special vacation!
• Various internal and external development opportunities that you can choose independently based on your interests.
