Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the lifecycle CRM for seven prominent pet food brands.

• Oversee automations and campaigns from their initial concept through to launch.

• Work autonomously, make informed decisions, and continuously improve based on performance metrics.

• Construct, maintain, and enhance Klaviyo flows for all brands.

• Leverage email as the primary communication channel while gradually expanding to additional channels.

• Prioritize speed over perfection — conduct tests and evaluate results.

• Transform data into actionable insights and craft personalized messaging.

• Create compelling narratives and innovative concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing.

• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo or a similar platform.

• In-depth understanding of customer journeys and retention strategies.

• Experience in an AI-native setting and familiarity with AI tools.

• Ability to independently create flows, segments, and templates.

• Proficient in segmentation, triggers, A/B testing, and deliverability.

• Comfortable managing consent and data protection in compliance with GDPR.

• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate dashboards into actionable strategies.

• Creative aptitude for developing briefings and campaigns.
