This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the senior owner and subject-matter authority for HubSpot CRM and the complete GTM tech stack, encompassing Fathom, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Take responsibility for the seamless integration of all GTM systems, ensuring accurate, reliable data flows and two-way synchronization between HubSpot, Fathom, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms within the stack.
• Manage and configure HubSpot CRM, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Ensure the integrity and health of CRM data by maintaining high data quality through regular audits, deduplication, monitoring, and the establishment of governance processes and standards across the stack.
• Oversee and maintain CRM objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, sequences, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Administer the GTM tools comprehensively—overseeing user management, licenses, configurations, sequences, and cadences in Outreach, call/meeting intelligence in Fathom, and prospecting workflows in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Assess, recommend, onboard, and optimize tools as the GTM stack progresses, collaborating with leadership on build-vs-buy and vendor selection decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into scalable, well-documented solutions across the stack.
• Design, construct, and enhance workflows and automation that facilitate improved lead flow, follow-ups, hand-offs, and overall operational efficiency across systems.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership and front-line teams with accurate, actionable insights into the funnel and revenue.
• Investigate and resolve issues concerning properties, automation, reporting, and integrations across the stack; take ownership of root-cause analysis and escalate to vendors or engineering as necessary.
• Manage incoming system requests through a ticketing system, adhering to defined SLAs for response and resolution.
• Develop and uphold internal documentation, standards, and best practices for CRM and GTM tool utilization.
• Facilitate and support end-users through training, office hours, and ongoing system enhancements; serve as a mentor and escalation point for the broader team regarding GTM systems.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance data hygiene, documentation, and enablement, converting repetitive tasks into structured guides, templates, and workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, information systems, marketing, business, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable), including senior or lead-level ownership.
• Proven experience in owning and administering a comprehensive GTM/sales tech stack—tools such as Outreach (or similar sales engagement platforms), conversation intelligence (Fathom, Gong, or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and maintaining integrations, data flows, and two-way synchronization across various systems.
• Advanced skills in designing workflows, automation, and reports to support business processes, preferably within HubSpot.
• Proven track record of ensuring data hygiene and establishing scalable, well-governed processes across systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data models, automation, reporting concepts, and API-based integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a history of end-to-end system ownership with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical users and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with various teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. (including air travel) up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings.
