Senior Credit Strategy Analyst – Affiliates, Lead Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This role involves overseeing, enhancing, and formulating Credit strategies (including underwriting and loan amounts) for personal loans.

• Design champion/challenger tests and monitoring frameworks to guide future strategies.

• Conduct scenario analysis, generate financial impact assessments, and develop new strategy test cases.

• Execute ad-hoc analytics, compile reports, and create presentations.

• Collaborate across various functional teams to promote overall growth, enhance products, and improve web funnel conversion rates across all channels.

• Work in partnership with Decision Science to define and develop Credit models and tools.

• Uphold overall risk and return objectives for investors, especially in a fluctuating economic landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in the financial sector, specifically in credit risk, is essential; familiarity with online lending, near-prime, and sub-prime is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language, SQL, and MS Excel is required.

• Expertise in data interpretation utilizing analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques is essential.

• Prior experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is desirable.

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, along with critical thinking and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly independent and self-driven in forming data-supported opinions.

• Solid understanding of modeling tools and techniques and their application in strategy.

• Capability to comprehend competitive pressures, economic trends, and their business implications.

• High energy level with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
