This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and investigate potential clients, mainly within the US market.
• Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other relevant channels.
• Initiate contact with potential clients to present the product's value proposition.
• Engage with decision-makers including founders, CEOs, CTOs, procurement managers, and business owners.
• Qualify leads and comprehend their requirements concerning outsourcing provider searches.
• Guide prospects towards product registration, demo usage, and paid subscriptions.
• Maintain follow-up with leads and oversee communication throughout the initial sales process.
• Experiment with various outreach messages, sales strategies, and target demographics.
• Relay market insights to the team to enhance positioning, messaging, and sales tactics.
• Contribute to the development of a repeatable sales process for the product.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in engaging with international clients, particularly US-based prospects.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or other outbound sales techniques.
• Capability to work autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and the decision-making framework.
• Quick comprehension of a SaaS product and the ability to convey its value effectively.
• Result-oriented mindset and readiness to operate within a performance-driven model.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English communication.
