This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance lead generation platforms and their integrations.
• Set up lead routing, validation protocols, compliance checks, and source tracking mechanisms.
• Oversee lead flow, system performance, and data accuracy across various platforms.
• Evaluate campaign performance across different sources, partners, and channels to uncover trends, challenges, and prospects.
• Assess lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, downstream results, and return on investment (ROI).
• Proactively modify campaign settings, filters, validation rules, and sourcing strategies based on performance outcomes.
• Develop and sustain reporting that offers clear insights into lead performance and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Discover opportunities to enhance lead generation processes, automation, and governance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or lead operations.
• Practical experience in managing and optimizing lead generation platforms (e.g., Leadspedia, TrustedForm, or similar tools).
• Background in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated sectors.
• Experience collaborating closely with compliance, legal, or risk management teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
