This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the verification process for all healthcare professionals.
• Assessing applications for completeness.
• Verifying state licensure.
• Gathering information from national data banks.
• Compiling relevant security and credential documentation.
• Creating qualification packages for review.
• Managing timelines and processing.
• Conducting Primary Source Verification (PSV).
• Completing verifications in accordance with DHA directives.
• Addressing inquiries from the customer’s Security and Credentialing Office.
• Providing direct oversight to the support staff.
• Executing DHA policies and standards.
• A minimum of five years of experience in medical credentialing, with comprehensive knowledge of the credentialing and privileging process.
• At least two years of credentialing experience with the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of military medical personnel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and accurate approach to work.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
