• Oversee the daily credentialing and re-credentialing processes for Tia’s provider network.
• Assist with medical licensing procedures for MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and RNs across various states, including monitoring requirements, deadlines, renewals, and application statuses.
• Track the onboarding progress and ensure that providers are licensed, credentialed, enrolled, and compliant prior to going live.
• Maintain oversight of APP supervision agreements, collaborative practice filings, and other state-specific requirements.
• Ensure provider files are accurate and ready for audits while keeping track of expirables such as licenses, DEA registrations, certifications, and other necessary documents.
• Liaise with providers, internal teams, health system partners, credentialing teams, and licensing authorities to expedite open items and address any delays.
• Maintain trackers, update status reports, identify risks early, and communicate timelines, blockers, and next steps to Clinical Operations and physician leadership.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Clinical Ops, and other internal departments to facilitate provider onboarding, compliance, and projects related to provider operations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, licensing, provider enrollment, provider onboarding, or provider data management.
• Experience in supporting credentialing and/or licensing processes for providers such as MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, or RNs.
• Knowledge of medical licensing boards, CAQH, payer enrollment, provider documentation, and credentialing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage complex provider data.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple providers, deadlines, applications, and renewals simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, trackers, and credentialing or provider operations systems.
• Clear and proactive communication style with strong follow-up and execution skills.
• Ability to work professionally with providers, physician leadership, internal teams, health system partners, and external credentialing or licensing organizations.
