This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take full ownership of the execution of UGC campaigns, from sourcing creators to final delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure creators aligned with campaign objectives and brand suitability.
• Manage all communications with creators, including outreach, follow-ups, and resolving any issues.
• Ensure timely content delivery from creators, adhering to the provided brief.
• Collaborate with project managers to facilitate smooth execution and ensure timely deliverables.
• Work closely with and supervise UGC Coordinators to maintain high-quality execution, achieve strong campaign results, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Keep internal systems organized and updated.
• Oversee the accuracy and completion of creator payments and agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in UGC or influencer marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance when necessary.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects are addressed without oversight.
• Ability to remain consistent, dependable, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced agency or startup settings is an added advantage.
