Senior Creator Ecosystem Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and enhance platform content policies and community guidelines.

• Establish moderation standards for crypto-related content risks such as scams, market manipulation, misinformation, and harmful financial advice.

• Lead the development of policy enforcement frameworks, striking a balance between automation and AI review.

• Manage daily moderation operations, coordinating both internal teams and external vendors.

• Streamline moderation workflows and enhance quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine AI moderation tools, classifiers, and reporting systems.

• Keep track of emerging threats and abuse patterns across the platform.

• Direct incident response for severe content violations and crisis situations.

• Formulate escalation protocols and mechanisms for cross-team coordination.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to ensure governance aligns with global regulatory standards.

• Team up with Creator Ops to educate and inform the creator community about policy updates.

• Represent Binance Square's governance philosophy to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Define and monitor governance KPIs including moderation accuracy, turnaround time, user appeals, and ecosystem health trends.

• Generate regular transparency reports and insights for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a prominent internet or social platform.

• Profound knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3, with the ability to recognize crypto-specific risks and malicious actors.

• Proven experience in managing moderation teams and vendor relationships on a large scale.

• Excellent policy-writing and decision-making capabilities in uncertain environments.

• Data-driven mindset; familiar with dashboards, SQL, and operational metrics.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written); composed and decisive in high-pressure situations.
