
Senior Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create and direct large-scale creative projects across all performance marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, mobile ad networks, etc.) with multi-million dollar advertising budgets.
• Generate performance-driven creative concepts grounded in a thorough understanding of Cantina as a product/platform and its consumer applications.
• Establish and manage processes for producing a high volume of iterative advertisements utilizing both traditional and AI-generated production methods.
• Define the creative strategies and vision for AI-generated advertisements.
• Oversee creative performance analytics to monitor effectiveness and refine top-performing concepts and campaigns.
• Set creative parameters within testing plans to optimize creative content.
• Coordinate with external agencies and cross-functional teams to guarantee top-notch creative output across all performance marketing channels.
• Facilitate regular creative brainstorming sessions, reviews, and presentations for internal stakeholders, including leadership.
• Manage the quality control process for both in-house and external creatives: Develop scalable creative review processes and quality standards that ensure excellence at high volumes.
• Keep abreast of and implement emerging technologies, production techniques, and best practices in performance creative and marketing.
• Over 5 years of experience in creative direction for performance marketing.
• Proven experience in developing creative testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale.
• Strong preference for clear systems and processes.
• Proficient in the use of AI tools, automation, and workflows.
• Data fluency: the ability to construct infrastructure to process campaign performance data and translate insights into creative direction.
• A demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-performing performance creative, particularly in short-form video advertisements.
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer marketing landscape and channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience collaborating effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive measurable impact (e.g., combining creative quality enhancements with quantitative performance improvements).
