Senior Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Within our central e-commerce team, we oversee multiple brands, with Wolfsblut being the largest and your main area of focus.

• Our growth is driven by authentic direct-response marketing, utilizing VSLs and long-form funnels on Meta.

• We craft compelling content that converts; Wolfsblut alone invests over €1.8M annually in Meta advertising.

• Every piece of creative you produce directly impacts real budgets, avoiding the common fate of pitch decks that are forgotten.

• The effectiveness of your hooks will directly influence our scaling potential.

• You will serve as the creative lead for our advertisements, managing everything from initial briefings to performance assessments.

• You will personally write VSL concepts and scripts for both Meta and YouTube.

• The testing phase is your responsibility; you will plan creative rotations and establish a systematic testing approach.

• You will engage with the performance loop by analyzing the Ads Manager, developing hypotheses, and briefing for the subsequent iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in performance creative or direct-response copywriting, preferably in DTC e-commerce.

• Demonstrated success with Meta video ads (including VSLs, UGC-style content, and hook testing) — you've created ads that convert, not just conceptual sketches.

• Your writing has a distinct voice — akin to a personal letter rather than a dry instruction manual.

• A solid understanding of consumer psychology, effective hooks, and narrative frameworks (such as PAS, DIC, Before/After, etc.).

• Proficiency in German is essential.

• A proactive attitude; you take initiative without waiting for approvals and don’t require direction on your next steps.
