Senior Creative Strategist – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee various brands within the central e-commerce team, concentrating on Wolfsblut.

• Create direct-response marketing creatives for VSLs and long-form funnels on Meta.

• Develop VSL concepts and scripts tailored for Meta and YouTube platforms.

• Manage the creative workflow from initial hook to briefing, testing, and learning.

• Generate independently actionable briefs for editors and UGC creators.

• Organize creative rotations and establish a structured testing framework.

• Evaluate Ads Manager performance, formulate hypotheses, and prepare briefs for subsequent iterations.

• Collaborate directly with the Team Lead for Meta Paid initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in performance creative or direct-response copywriting.

• Preferably experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce.

• Demonstrated success with Meta video ads, VSLs, UGC-style content, and hook testing.

• Created high-converting ads, not just conceptualized them.

• Proficient copywriting with a unique voice.

• Knowledge of consumer psychology, hooks, and storytelling frameworks such as PAS, DIC, and Before/After.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• Independent and proactive work style with minimal need for ongoing approvals.
