This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate around 8–12 direct-response advertising concepts weekly.
• Craft scripts, hooks, briefs, headlines, and messaging customized for specific audiences, platforms, and levels of awareness.
• Take ownership of the monthly creative direction, ensuring alignment among all agencies, editors, and creators with the current successful strategies.
• Create innovative strategies for Meta, AppLovin, and other acquisition channels.
• Analyze performance data to pinpoint effective hooks, messages, formats, personas, and offers.
• Evaluate incoming footage and creative assets to determine which should be tested, reworked, combined, or retired.
• Transform proven creative into new iterations, mashups, static images, and various video formats.
• Write concise, actionable briefs and guide freelance editors and agency partners.
• Investigate competitor advertisements, emerging formats, customer insights, and trends specific to platforms.
• Facilitate a weekly creative review discussing recent performance, pipeline status, insights, and upcoming tests.
• Coordinate with agencies, editors, producers, organic content teams, creators, and brand partners.
• Mentor creative contributors on best practices for direct-response and performance marketing.
• Share creative insights, recommendations, and production priorities with company leadership.
• Maintain an organized repository for briefs, creative statuses, testing outcomes, and performance notes.
• Establish a systematic testing schedule and reduce the current backlog of untested creative.
• Create compelling content for a men’s health and wellness direct-to-consumer brand focused on restoring essential minerals and enhancing customer acquisition through scientifically supported education and emotionally resonant messaging.
• 4–7 years of experience with direct-to-consumer brands or performance marketing agencies.
• Established history of developing paid social creative for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Exceptional direct-response copywriting and scriptwriting abilities.
• Experience in translating customer research and performance data into creative concepts.
• Strong understanding of paid social creative across both video and static formats.
• Knowledge of creative testing, iteration, audience awareness, hooks, angles, and conversion-focused messaging.
• Experience in managing multiple agencies, editors, creators, or production partners concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
• Comfortable navigating Meta’s advertising ecosystem and performance analytics tools.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools like ClickUp, Asana, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
• Direct, witty, and energetic communication style suitable for a men’s health brand.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks swiftly, and execute efficiently without extensive resources or bureaucracy.
• Availability for regular overlap with Pacific Time working hours.
• Nice to have: experience in men’s health, wellness, supplements, or other regulated DTC/CPG categories.
• Nice to have: experience within a high-growth DTC performance brand.
• Nice to have: familiarity with analytics and acquisition platforms like Triple Whale, AppLovin, or similar.
• Nice to have: practical video-editing skills, especially with Adobe tools.
• Nice to have: experience producing rough cuts, mashups, or rapid creative prototypes.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Persona OS or Manus.
