• Spearhead the marketing strategy for assigned department(s), focusing primarily on paid social channels while also encompassing initiatives across affiliate, PR, CRM, and emerging platforms.
• Formulate a performance-oriented creative strategy for Paid Social campaigns under the guidance of the Director of Creative Strategy.
• Develop compelling ad briefs aimed at driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers.
• Analyze and present performance metrics in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker.
• Conduct thorough consumer, product, and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Identify trends and successful concepts within the social media landscape.
• Lead and engage in brainstorming sessions to produce scalable ad concepts.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Brand, and Strategy teams to create performance-driven assets.
• Craft creative briefs and copy for various marketing materials, including video, static ads, banner ads, direct mail, and press releases.
• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand identity, tone, and style.
• Provide strategic input to designers and implement feedback from leadership effectively.
• Contribute to shoot briefs to guarantee the successful capture of branded visual assets.
• Conduct A/B testing and assess creative test results to refine and enhance performance.
• Leverage data-driven insights to continually optimize creative direction.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of pertinent creative and marketing experience is required.
• Experience in Paid Social and/or Direct Response is essential.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, or other paid platforms is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Strong project management abilities with a talent for handling multiple workstreams.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Comfortable utilizing Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
