• Compose comprehensive scripts and briefs for creators, ambassadors, and editors
• Manage production alongside video and static editors to ensure high-volume output with accuracy
• Quickly transform successful concepts into 20–50 variations
• Record insights, learnings, and patterns to enhance the system
• Rapidly iterate based on data and market trends
• Strong copywriting fundamentals (hooks, beliefs, levels of awareness)
• Capability to analyze and interpret creative data
• Background with high-performing brands or agencies
• No ego, completely focused on performance
• Proficiency in English is required, French is a plus
