Manager, Growth Creative Strategy – Markets & Subscribers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete creative development process for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), Google (Demand Gen, Google App Campaigns), CTV, and lifecycle marketing channels from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring that all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for conversion.

• Establish and uphold a creative review framework that outlines the roles responsible for reviews, the stages involved, and the criteria applied, thereby creating clarity and consistency across various teams.

• Champion creative excellence, striving for work that transcends mere compliance with brand guidelines to produce compelling, distinctive, and high-performing content.

• Formulate a perspective on creative volume and testing—including the quantity of creative required, the elements to be tested, and the aspects that drive impact as opposed to those that merely create noise.

• Develop an annual creative roadmap that outlines themes, priorities, and focus areas to align both teams around a unified creative strategy, minimizing reactive production efforts.

• Evaluate creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, etc.) to pinpoint effective patterns and highlight opportunities for enhancement.

• Transform test results into concise, actionable creative briefs and iteration roadmaps, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across both teams.

• Recognize and implement automation and AI tools throughout the creative workflow, establishing a clear framework for their appropriate use versus instances where human creative judgment is vital.

• Stay informed about platform-specific creative best practices and new formats, proactively integrating them into the creative playbook.

• Collaborate with media buyers and growth managers to ensure that creative aligns with investment strategies, platform algorithms, and audience targeting.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or a similar creative strategy position.

• Proven experience in developing creative solutions at scale across diverse markets and languages that lead to measurable performance results across both paid and owned channels.

• Knowledgeable about platform-specific creative specifications and best practices for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.

• Possess strong creative instincts and maintain a high standard of quality.

• Capability to provide clear and constructive feedback.

• Experience in data interpretation and contributing to a test-and-learn framework.

• An effective communicator who can translate performance data into creative guidance.

• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance creative production.

• Familiarity with creative automation or DCO platforms (e.g., Smartly, Celtra).

• Detail-oriented and focused on achieving results.
