Senior Creative Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the conceptual development and implementation of motion design initiatives for relevant campaigns, product introductions, and corporate communications.

• Create and uphold a cohesive motion design language that embodies the brand’s identity across various touchpoints and markets.

• Offer insightful creative feedback and direction across different levels of creative projects.

• Design and produce 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and video enhancements that engage audiences effectively.

• Ensure that creative concepts are transformed into polished, production-ready assets suitable for digital, social media, broadcast, and event channels.

• Advise on and manage CG workflows, including animation, visual effects, and rendering processes.

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Editors, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaign assets.

• Impact campaign strategy by providing creative solutions that support clear messaging and strategy.

• Derive key insights and pose clarifying questions to align content with objectives accurately.

• Stay updated on design and technology trends in animation, 3D, AR/VR, and immersive experiences.

• Introduce innovative techniques, tools, and methods to enhance creative output and efficiency.

• Advocate for experimentation and bold creative thinking within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of professional experience in motion design, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).

• Strong proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, etc.).

• Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional motion design for global brands.

• Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.

• Robust portfolio that showcases a diverse range of motion design and animation projects.
