Senior Creative Designer – Inhouse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will design creative campaigns for Mawave’s own digital channels: social media platforms (statics, videos, UGC, and animations), newsletters, and the website.

• You will develop innovative concepts for Mawave’s events (from invitations to trade show booth design) and PR activities.

• With your experience, you will manage visual language, image editing, and shooting support.

• In the area of video editing, you will cut and grade social media posts and award videos.

• Together with the team, you will engage in visual research and the creative development of marketing campaigns.

• You will create compelling storytelling to showcase our client projects externally (speaking engagements, case studies, pitch presentations).

• The further development of Mawave’s corporate identity is also part of your responsibilities.

• When available, you will be open to providing support in our project teams for long-term clients: pitch support > slide creation.

• You will also be responsible for creating Mawave merchandise for the crew, events, or the office.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have at least 2 to 5 years of professional experience in social media content creation and design.

• You are bursting with ideas and have proven your creativity across various channels (digital and print).

• You possess excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), ideally including After Effects and Illustrator.

• You have a good sense of current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.

• You bring a self-directed and responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality.

• A plus: shooting experience.

• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills in both spoken and written form.
