This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee visual design from initial concept to final delivery across various mediums including digital, video, print, and direct mail.
• Serve as the project lead on intricate campaigns, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand briefs and provide creative recommendations.
• Utilize expertise in fundraising principles to inform and shape the creative strategy.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the work produced by internal designers and freelancers.
• Advocate for the responsible use of AI tools and contribute to the innovation within the agency.
• A minimum of 10 years of design experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a fundraising or performance agency setting.
• Strong understanding of how design contributes to fundraising outcomes.
• Documented experience in creating designs that are optimized for performance.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing category-disrupting campaigns.
• Confident and effective presence when presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Bold creative confidence when receiving feedback.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Responsible application of AI tools for enhancing creativity.
