Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Create visual assets for social media, marketing initiatives, ecosystem collaborations, event branding, presentations, and editorial materials.

• Develop animated graphics, transitions, and explainer animations tailored for social media, web, and paid advertising.

• Produce and edit both short-form and long-form video content, including product launches, event summaries, community highlights, and promotional films.

• Implement and enhance the BNB Chain visual identity across various platforms, ensuring high quality across all formats.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, business development, and community teams to transform briefs into engaging visual narratives.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

• Utilize AI tools (such as image generation, video synthesis, scriptwriting, and asset iteration) to expedite processes and explore innovative creative avenues while maintaining quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, and video editing.

• A strong portfolio showcasing work across all three areas of expertise.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator / Photoshop.

• Regularly employs AI tools in daily creative tasks — including image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Flux), video AI (e.g., Runway, Kling, Sora), or AI-assisted editing and brainstorming; able to discuss their integration into your workflow.

• A solid grasp of design systems and brand consistency principles.

• Capable of working independently and delivering work swiftly with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with creating short-form content for platforms such as X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
