Pattern Maker – Fashion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of garments

• Assist in selecting and constructing fabrics

• Develop or enhance patterns

• Define the overall aesthetic vision

• Ensure that sample quality adheres to our standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion design, pattern making, and garment development.

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fit, and human anatomy.

• Familiarity with fabric properties, stretch behavior, and textile performance.

• Experience in creating technical drawings, patterns, and tech packs.

• A keen eye for fit, proportion, comfort, and garment functionality.

• Ability to harmonize aesthetics with performance and practicality.

• An inquisitive mindset to challenge conventional apparel design and seek innovative solutions.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail throughout the development process.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.

• Capability to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
