Landscape Design Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support landscape architecture design processes by interpreting technical site plans and implementing accurate modifications using CAD and SketchUp.

• Evaluate project plans to determine material, labor, and scope needs for developing precise project bids and estimates.

• Organize, monitor, and distribute work orders to ensure a smooth transition from the design stage to field implementation.

• Client & Vendor Relations: Serve as a professional intermediary for clients and vendors, responding to incoming calls, managing inquiries, and fostering long-term connections.

• Keep up-to-date project logs, client communication records, and sales pipelines within our LMN CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in the landscape design, landscape architecture, or design-build sectors.

• Strong ability to accurately interpret blueprints, construction documents, and landscape schematics.

• Exceptional customer service capabilities with confidence in managing relationships with both high-end residential/commercial clients and trade vendors.

• Practical experience in creating or modifying models and construction documents using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for estimation and data tracking.

• Previous experience with LMN (Landscape Management Network) is strongly preferred; familiarity with similar construction/landscape software (e.g., Aspire, Jobber) is acceptable.
