
Senior CPX Product Readiness Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Oversees the entire launch process from discovery through to six months after general availability until completion.
⢠Directs CPX teams, ensuring accountability for timelines and deliverables.
⢠Manages launch documentation and reporting, including the creation of necessary documentation and reporting templates.
⢠Informs all stakeholders about potential delays and projected timelines.
⢠Effectively communicates and manages the launch scope, risks, issues, strategic milestones, deliverables, and challenges to CPX stakeholders and the Director.
⢠Anticipates project needs and resources well ahead of time.
⢠Maintains regular communication with CPX stakeholders to ensure the launch remains on schedule and provides consistent progress updates.
⢠Responsible for delivering accurate forecasts regarding project timelines, services, and resources ahead of time, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are informed.
⢠Ensures that CPX stakeholders are fully prepared during the Limited Availability phase and as the project advances to General Availability. After General Availability, monitors and adjusts as necessary.
⢠May serve as the initial point of escalation for team members, exercising significant judgment and discretion.
⢠Contributes significantly to the development of the Launch Management knowledge base within the AI and Data Management Practice and Process.
⢠Leads the creation and delivery of internal training and enablement, analyzes reporting, and establishes best practices for assigned areas.
⢠Enhances Launch Management processes by identifying project gaps, gathering stakeholder feedback, and refining documentation.
⢠Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
⢠Works with leadership to set direction, expectations, and timelines, operating independently to achieve objectives.
⢠Associate's Degree or a comparable combination of education, computer science, and experience in a relevant field.
⢠Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
⢠Customer-facing experience is preferred.
⢠Prince2, PMP, or other project management certifications are preferred.
⢠Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
⢠Demonstrated ability to quickly establish trust with sponsors and key stakeholders; effectively mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflicts; deliver difficult messages gracefully; and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
⢠Strong project management and time management skills are essential.
⢠Strategic mindset: understands and addresses interdependencies and real issues.
⢠Capability to manage troubled teams/projects and guide them to success.
⢠Ability to translate organizational vision into a project vision.

⢠Proven ability to assess, adopt, and apply AI investments across leading enterprise tools (Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) to enhance outcomes in SaaS-based workflows.
