This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Assist customers in maximizing their investment in Coupa Pay.
β’ Promote the growth and adoption of Virtual Cards, Digital Payments, and Working Capital Solutions.
β’ Develop and manage the adoption strategy plan.
β’ Support customers in establishing success goals that align with their business objectives.
β’ Build trusted partnerships and engage customers in strategic discussions.
β’ Analyze and report on the overall Pay opportunities for customers.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and team members.
β’ Conduct in-person meetings with customers through occasional travel.
β’ Provide demonstrations and training on the Coupa platform.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in payments or systems applications.
β’ Profound expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems.
β’ Exceptional client management abilities.
β’ Familiarity with Software as a Service is an advantage.
β’ Prior sales or consulting experience with applications such as Coupa, Tipalti, or similar.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is highly preferred.
