Senior Coupa Pay Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in maximizing their investment in Coupa Pay.

• Promote the growth and adoption of Virtual Cards, Digital Payments, and Working Capital Solutions.

• Develop and manage the adoption strategy plan.

• Support customers in establishing success goals that align with their business objectives.

• Build trusted partnerships and engage customers in strategic discussions.

• Analyze and report on the overall Pay opportunities for customers.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and team members.

• Conduct in-person meetings with customers through occasional travel.

• Provide demonstrations and training on the Coupa platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in payments or systems applications.

• Profound expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems.

• Exceptional client management abilities.

• Familiarity with Software as a Service is an advantage.

• Prior sales or consulting experience with applications such as Coupa, Tipalti, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is highly preferred.
