Senior Counsel, Subscriptions – Marketing

📋 Description

• Direct the legal strategy for subscription and marketing projects.

• Ensure adherence to regulations across the global landscape.

• Develop and sustain the legal framework for subscription services.

• Provide counsel on terms of service and promotional materials.

• Act as the primary legal consultant for advertising and marketing legislation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience.

• In-house experience in advertising, marketing law, subscription services, or consumer-oriented software.

• Demonstrated capability to monitor and execute evolving legal standards.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Current membership in a U.S. state bar.
