Associate Attorney, Mid Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Arrange and prioritize tasks to meet procedural deadlines and fulfill internal requests;

• Oversee and manage high-volume and strategic court cases (civil and enforcement), particularly focusing on banking claims;

• Prepare a range of court pleadings, including answers, appeals, motions, and submissions;

• Track procedural deadlines and oversee pending matters, ensuring risk management and loss prevention;

• Represent the organization in conciliation, evidentiary, and trial hearings;

• Draft and evaluate legal documents;

• Keep informed about case law and relevant legislation, especially in the banking sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree;

• Current registration with the Order of Attorneys of Brazil (OAB);

• At least 2 years of legal experience, demonstrating expertise in debt/credit recovery;

• Proficient in legal management tools, including legal software and technologies relevant to the legal profession;

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail;

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
