Senior Counsel – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to formulate and implement contracting strategies.

• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate agreements for strategic partnerships along with associated transaction documents.

• Take a leading role in providing guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation.

• Manage contract databases and tracking systems for vendor and strategic partner relationships.

• Create legal summaries and conduct risk assessments regarding contract terms and key provisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the bar.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience acquired in-house or at a prominent law firm.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Proven capability to negotiate complex agreements.

• Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate development, or intricate deal structuring is preferred.
