Senior Corporate FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with FP&A and business leaders to enhance accountability and manage financial performance across revenue and expenses, while implementing planning frameworks, processes, mechanisms, and systems throughout the journey.

• Enhancing and streamlining our financial close, planning, and reforecast cycles by closely partnering with the broader FP&A, Finance team, and Business leaders.

• Creating, developing, and executing planning and reporting rhythms at the board, executive, and leadership levels.

• Providing clarity and coherence to our growth narrative and investment thesis, collaborating with investor relations to effectively communicate with investors and other external stakeholders.

• Collaborating with other finance teams, including accounting, tax, and treasury, to achieve the goals of the finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of relevant experience in Finance-related or quantitative fields.

• Extensive FP&A experience within global SaaS organizations.

• Prior experience with GAAP and Corporate FP&A in a U.S. public company is essential.

• A strategic mindset that effortlessly connects the big picture to intricate details.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills that enable effective collaboration with senior business leaders across the organization to achieve targeted outcomes.

• A collaborative team player who consistently challenges the status quo, enhancing processes and systems to add increasing value and efficiency to our operations.

• Strong expertise in complex financial modeling.

• Experience with Anaplan is advantageous.

• Ability to thrive in chaotic environments, embracing challenges with high adaptability.
