This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for C-suite, EVP, SVP, and other essential leadership positions within the enterprise.
• Collaborate directly with CEOs, Presidents, Board members, and executive leadership teams to gain insights into business strategies, identify leadership deficiencies, plan for succession, and determine future capability needs.
• Conduct high-level executive intake sessions to establish success profiles, leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and impact expectations for senior leadership roles.
• Develop and implement tailored executive sourcing strategies, incorporating market mapping, competitive analysis, and proactive identification of passive executive talent.
• Supply executive stakeholders with data-driven insights regarding leadership market trends, compensation benchmarks, organizational design, and talent availability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices in executive hiring, inclusive leadership representation, confidentiality considerations, and risk management.
• Act as the primary liaison for executive candidates.
• Handle highly sensitive searches with utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality for both internal stakeholders and external executive candidates.
• Direct executive-level candidate assessment processes, which include structured interviews, evaluations of leadership competencies, and executive debriefing sessions.
• Assist executive panels in objective decision-making, ensuring alignment with leadership frameworks, diversity objectives, and succession plans.
• Lead and manage negotiations for executive offers, encompassing compensation structures, equity considerations, incentives, severance, and contractual terms in collaboration with HR and leadership.
• Contribute to board-ready talent materials, insights on succession planning, and leadership pipeline reporting as necessary.
• Mentor and guide recruiters involved in leadership hiring, executive mapping, and engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement in executive recruitment processes, assessment rigor, and stakeholder experience.
• Advocate for ethical hiring practices, inclusive leadership representation, and excellence in enterprise-wide talent acquisition at the highest levels of the organization.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or executive recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; an advanced degree or executive search certification is preferred.
• Proven capability to collaborate directly with CEOs, Presidents, Boards, and senior executive teams as a trusted advisor on leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent strategy.
• Extensive expertise in executive sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, competitor intelligence, identification of passive candidates, and execution of confidential searches.
• Strong proficiency in ATS and CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and executive research tools, along with disciplined documentation and reporting practices.
• Outstanding executive presence and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in assessing executive leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and long-term organizational impact through structured and objective evaluation methods.
• Advanced experience in leading discussions on executive compensation, covering base salary, bonuses, equity, incentives, and contractual terms, in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Highly organized and resilient, capable of managing multiple high-stakes searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
• Prior experience in recruiting executives within sectors such as professional services, construction, real estate, infrastructure, energy, or similarly complex matrixed organizations is preferred.
