Senior Corporate Counsel, Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Negotiate, create, and evaluate a diverse array of agreements with clients and vendors.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on pertinent issues and risks associated with our contracts.

• Oversee and direct the performance of the Contracts Team Members.

• Establish and implement contract policies and procedures.

• Offer training and support to employees regarding legal matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in at least one US state and in good standing.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
