Senior Corporate Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert and strategic legal counsel to Interra Brands

• Contribute to the development of internal governance policies

• Evaluate company decisions with a focus on aligning with company strategy

• Provide legal guidance while considering the rapidly changing regulatory environment

• Proactively identify potential issues and assess risks strategically

• Collaborate with external stakeholders on various legal matters

• Examine complex issues that intersect legal and business topics

• Monitor significant regulatory developments

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree and a law license in good standing in at least one state

• At least four (4) years of relevant legal practice experience, particularly in healthcare/data privacy and transactional law

• Profound understanding of how legal challenges impact entities within Interra Health’s sector

• Capability to formulate legal policies that align with business objectives

• Competence to employ a problem-solving and consultative approach to assist internal clients

• Detail-oriented in the review of complex and/or lengthy contracts

• Familiarity with technology licensing reviews and applications of AI regulations is a plus
