Senior Corporate Controller – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Corporate Controlling: Create and oversee comprehensive planning guidelines and deliver high-quality reporting packages across the group.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Assist in the monthly preparation of group reports to ensure both transparency and quality standards.

• Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management: Develop plans and forecasts pertaining to the balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.

• M&A Controlling: Facilitate acquisitions and conduct data analyses, including a thorough review of target companies.

• Internal Reporting & Business Partnering: Generate performance-focused analyses for key markets and sales channels.

• TM1 Development & Process Automation: Improve the Planning Analytics system and promote process automation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, emphasizing finance and/or controlling, or an equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience in corporate controlling, group controlling, or financial planning & analysis.

• Familiarity with consolidation, group reporting, and strategic planning.

• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial interrelations.

• A digital native with experience in OLAP databases (preferably IBM TM1/Planning Analytics) or a strong desire to develop expertise in this area.

• Enjoys collaborating across functions in an international matrix organization.

• Maintains high-quality standards, is proactive, and is driven to enhance processes.

• Possesses strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, a solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
