Senior Corporate Compliance Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the governance of the global compliance program by improving existing frameworks, increasing accountability, and strengthening effective oversight in line with DOJ/OIG expectations.

• Spearhead the creation of a globally unified policy and process framework that ensures consistency while facilitating practical implementation across various markets.

• Demonstrate experience in the standardization and optimization of essential compliance processes (e.g., HCP engagements, grants, transparency reporting, third-party risk management, Speak Up reporting, etc.) to support business scalability.

• Develop a risk-based compliance training strategy that creates global content and methodologies aimed at raising awareness, fostering engagement, and encouraging behavior change.

• Conduct compliance risk assessments using a proactive, risk-based methodology to pinpoint gaps and implement sustainable mitigation strategies.

• Establish and enhance a compliance metrics and analytics capability, which includes KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and reporting that offer actionable insights to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance within the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Profound knowledge of AKS, FCA, FCPA/ABAC, and global transparency regulations (e.g., Sunshine/Open Payments and their international counterparts).

• A proven history of establishing, scaling, or transforming global compliance programs, especially in governance, policy, and risk management.

• Demonstrated capability in developing global training strategies and compliance communications that yield measurable outcomes.

• Significant experience in designing and implementing metrics, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and risk.

• Professional healthcare compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) is highly preferred.
