Senior Copywriter, E-Comm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Produces top-notch, SEO-enhanced content for consumers browsing Product Description Pages across various online retail platforms.

• Performs keyword analysis and refines product titles, bullet points or key features, product descriptions, and back-end metadata using relevant, high-ranking keywords.

• Crafts imaginative and descriptive copy for image tiles, below-the-fold enhanced content, retailer brand stores, sponsored advertisements, and other digital materials.

• Develops captivating headlines and engaging body text that attract the target audience while adhering to brand, regulatory, and retailer specifications.

• Modifies tone and word selection to effectively customize the message for different platforms, audiences, and brands.

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously, effectively organizing time and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, detail-focused environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of progressive experience in Communications or Journalism; or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• High level of expertise in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.

• Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from inception to completion), and planning abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).

• Solid grasp and application of mathematical principles.

• Capable of developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as with internal and external clients.

• Competent in working independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Demonstrated experience with SEO and/or production description copywriting is advantageous!
