This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy across various CRM channels including email, SMS, MMS, push notifications, landing pages, and direct mail for Fortune 500 clients spanning multiple industries.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and analysts to convert data insights and customer behavior into impactful messaging that fosters engagement and conversion.
• Assist in developing promotions, gamification elements, and loyalty program communications that strengthen customer relationships.
• Produce narrative-driven copy for sales decks, pitch presentations, one-pagers, and battlecards that empower the sales team to progress and finalize deals.
• Transform Zeta’s data resources, AI capabilities, and client achievements into compelling narratives tailored for C-suite executives and marketing decision-makers.
• Create messaging frameworks that effectively convey Zeta’s value proposition and competitive advantages across different buyer segments.
• Write and enhance copy for customized demo experiences, including tailored email previews, annotated platform flows, and support narratives for sales.
• Develop scripts for dynamic videos, platform walkthroughs, and sales demo recordings that are visually flexible and narratively accurate.
• Generate digital copy to support both live and recorded sales demonstrations.
• Work alongside creative and production teams to ensure that scripts transition smoothly from page to screen, maintaining a balance between technical accuracy and accessibility.
• Over 7 years of professional copywriting experience within digital marketing, agency settings, in-house branding, or SaaS/MarTech environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and the critical role that engaging copy plays in driving engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty at all touchpoints.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strategic range including brand copy, performance copy, scripts, and storytelling for sales or platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort in presenting and advocating for creative concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• A proven track record of mentoring team members, contributing to a creative team culture, and enhancing the work of colleagues.
