Senior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging, results-oriented messaging for paid media and social media advertising.

• Create hooks, scripts, headlines, and concise ad copy for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

• Generate multiple uniquely distinct copy directions for each brief, exploring various angles, emotional tones, and hypotheses.

• Operate from hypothesis-driven creative briefs where the copy element is subject to testing.

• Analyze performance data and adjust copy based on metrics like hook hold rate, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate on campaign platform development with creative strategists and directors.

• Revise promptly in response to client, data, and brief feedback.

• Deliver initial copy drafts within 2–3 business days and priority revisions within 24–48 hours.

• Produce 3–5 distinct copy directions per brief or 8–12 new testable directions each month per account.

• Ensure first-pass quality so that 70–80% of deliverables require no more than one round of minor revisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in writing performance creative within a paid media/paid social context.

• At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting.

• Strong platform knowledge across TikTok, Meta, and pre-roll video advertising.

• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven creative briefs is necessary.

• Ability to write distinctly for luxury skincare, supplements, and B2B SaaS sectors.

• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Preferred experience includes direct-response video script writing, DTC, CPG, beauty, fashion, health, or consumer services brands, and collaboration with media teams.
